Received the reply below to my question about assuring delivery prior to 12th April.  

I am surprised a business is allowed to comment on such matters as Bretix. This from a non-British company!

Brexit 12th April ? We doubt it. There's no place for democraty in the EU. May is the EU's puppet. In one year discussions will not be over yet. That's how thing go in EUSSR.

Just this morning I was thinking about sending GS.be with an email waiting for an order that has some presale 2019 Libertad thinking will it be shipped before Brexit. Thanks @caloundracats saved me sending an email as I know what the reply will be .

Who cares if they have an opinion on Brexit? Also what did OP send to GS.be prior to that response?

I merely asked if they could guarantee delivery before 12th April. No mention of Brexit, just mentioned the date.

It appears you are unaware of the many dealings members of the SF have had with this company, some good, some bad, some indifferent.

Seems a change in customer service personnel has made an interesting difference!

Although funny, it's quite sad in a way. I never thought my Country would turn into a dictatorship. The will and vote of the people has been over-ridden. 

Unfortunately history dictates that violence is the only outcome, as the people rebel against a government that refuses to respect their vote and wishes. 

I fear we will look back at the time before 2019 and recall them as the years before "The Great Rebellion".

As for goldsilver.be, they are the worst bullion company I ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Let's not start liking gs.be just because of what she said about Brexit. They are still the worst and most unprofessional bullion dealer out there. Even that comment is an unprofessional comment to make in a customer facing business email. Can you imaging an email from Natwest saying something like that?

I know there has been but this is a message - separate from the delivery issues regardless of the same company. I doubt Christine is blamed for the delivery or are you tarring everyone with the same brush?

If only so I can enter into email conversations with this fabulous woman, because we all know that contact with GS.BE CS is often necessary.

I even emailed GSBE about stock availability in the hope I would get a reply from Christine but unfortunately got the 'nice-y nice-y' email from someone else...it's like Russian Roulette, you're lucky if you get a response from Christine! 😂
