something wierd happening at Chards

They have spent a pretty penny tarting up these news premises, it seems weird why they now need to keep the two locations

 

"Due to complicated tax reasons, we can only sell investment gold and foreign exchange from our Lytham Road building"

 

 

Anyone got any idea or thoughts on this.

Something related to licensing laws affecting where you must declare from which fixed address you're selling?

 

Then again, the words "complicated" and "tax" in the same sentence could mean I'm way off
