I know Danny-boy started a topic about silver stack size before..... but like he said, some people don't like giving out that sort of information on a public forum..... which obviously is quite understandable!

So, i thought i'd set up a poll (Not done one before so i thought i'd have a play.... :D ) and i made the poll PRIVATE so nobody will know the who the person is voting ;) Only thing i'd say though is please be truthful otherwise it is a bit pointless.....and if everybody votes for more than 4000oz i'll sulk!

I think you can vote on the mobile version.

Yeah, but I use Tapatalk.

I have dropped onto Safari and voted though. I felt left out!!!

I just can't get on with tapatalk. Much prefer the mobile version of the site.

I have used it for a couple of years now and find it hard to use anything else.

I guess it's what you are used to.

Not sure if you know, but when using tapatalk you can press the top right button in a thread and then press 'web view', it's pretty quick to flip to the mobile version this way.

I didn't know that, thanks Chris.

Works really well.

WTF is tapatalk? I see no one here has a 1000 oz yet.

Someone might have 1000, just not 1001.

Tapatalk is a free app available for iPhone, iPad, Android smartphones & tablets etc, which allows you to manage multiple forums from the same app.

I am tantalizingly close to the magic 1000 oz.

I will make it there in very early April!!

Keith

Fair play, that's a very good amount of silver you have Keith.

I have done it!!

I have managed to acquire 16 oz of silver today at £13/oz. 1 Britannia, and 15 rounds.

Which means I have now gone through the 1000 oz barrier (1002).

I am home late this week so will post some pics then.

Cheers

I collect primarily as a an investment, secondary SHTF scenario so I am going to continue as long as I earn the money to buy it with and silver is not a silly price.

So 2000 oz here we come.

Cheers

I do have a 1 oz Krugerrand and a 5 gram bar, might look at buying some more though.

Just checked gold is down another $10 or so.

And it a hell of a lot easier to store than another 1000oz of silver.

Ha ha

If the GSR made big changes, you could end up with a whole lot of gold in exchange for some of that silver.

If it ever hits 40:1 again, I'm out of silver for a while (along with a ton of other people).

Yes but the long long term is silver hits £280 then that is a lot of money!!! I wish.

Yes it would be a lot easier to store gold.

The Stats are:-

1003 oz = 62.68 Ibs = 28.49 Kgs!

I like those stats Keith.

If I had 1000oz, I'd probably build myself a little den in the living room out of pure silver!!!

28.5kg is a fair old bulk. I'd like my own weight in silver, but I'm a big boy and it would take about 3200oz to get there.

So I either step up the stacking or get down the gym.

Think I'll keep stacking.
