So, what have I missed???? Sounds too good to be true.....

Described as "This limited edition coin in a presentation case was produced for the Shanghai Expo 2010. The certificate of authenticity has its unique certification number on the back."

Apparently it's 1oz silver proof.

theres another one listed with a £29.99 start price if you got that one it would mean there around £22 each average

Yes, I just spotted that one, cheers C.

Seems like a good deal.

Horrible coin, but under spot makes it a lot nicer.

Nice buy but from where did you get it ?

From eBay Pete, it pays to keep an eye on there for good deals.

I would get it tested.

You can buy similar coins from aliexpress that are plated.

There was a huge set of chinese gold and silver medallions in my local coin auction from the Shanghai Expo 2010 it was easily worth £3000 scrap.

It sold for £1000 as only one person wanted to take the risk.

He either got a fantastic deal or he lost a £1000.

Thanks for the info FVH, I'll test it when it arrives and get my money back if it is fake.

I'm a bit skint this month due to a few unexpected bills, so I'm dedicated to scouting for bargains.

Dedication's what you need [emoji1]
