Humble beginnings

Hello, and a Happy New Year to one and all. My name is Dan and I live in the UK. I have only recently discovered the idea of “stacking” after researching investment opportunities, and found the forum via Backyard Bullion’s informative Youtube channel.

I’ve been researching silver bullion of late as gold is a little out of my price range, for now at least. I have started my own stack in the most humble of circumstances, recently taking delivery of a 2018 1oz Silver Britannia coin from eBay.

I am looking to speaking with you all and learning from others and hope to share my own growth ideas and look for feedback.

I look forward to being onboard!

It’s an addictive hobby. I started in September 2018, I have 55ozt in stock now, they’re for my son once I kick the bucket, it’s either that or he kicks me under a bus to get the loot.

The QB Griffin is at the moment proving elusive at a good price. The postman delivered a QB Lion this morning.

Before Christmas I got a 1ozt Canadian Maple as a sample. The reverse is really beautiful, the obverse………… our Queen looks downright grumpy.

BTW on a UK engineering forum I’m known as “The Grumpy Git”.
