Free £10 parcel delivery*New customers only, including Parcelforce, UPS and FedEx

Parcel2Go is a parcel delivery comparison website which bulk-buys postage slots from big delivery agencies, then sells them to the public. Newbies to Parcel2Go* can enter the code OFFERFREE to get £10 off deliveries anywhere in the world. Even better, there’s no minimum spend so if delivery is £10 or under (which it often is for smaller, lighter parcels), it’ll be free.

There's no limit on the number of people who can use the code, but it's one per household. It’s valid till Tue 30 Sep for delivery anywhere, from Tunbridge Wells to Timbuktu. Prices are listed without VAT, so factor that in.

Who does the delivery?

Couriers Parcel2Go lists include: MyHermes, Hermes, Collect+, Parcelforce, Yodel, City Link, UPS, TNT & more. You’ll be able to choose which courier you want to use before you confirm delivery.

You get the same service as if you went direct via the courier. However, it’s Parcel2Go that will deal with enquiries and sort out compensation claims.

If the difference is only a few pennies, it may be better to go with an established company with a reputation than a totally unknown name.

For an idea of parcel firms' customer service, see an MSE poll we ran in January on which firms have the best and worst feedback. Also see our Cheap Parcel Delivery forum discussion & Cheap Parcel Deliveryguide for more help.

Do check if your item is covered by its compensation scheme, not all items are.

Is Parcel2Go any good?

We’ve only featured Parcel2Go once before and feedback was mixed – some people were very happy with the service they received, while others experienced problems. Because of this, we’ve asked Parcel2Go to set up a dedicated email address for MSE users. Should any issues arise contactmoneysavingexpert@parcel2go.com.

While we hope everyone gets this deal as planned and we've arranged with Parcel2Go to put extra measures in place for you, please be aware that nothing is ever 100% guaranteed. Please let us know how you get on in the MSE Forum.

It includes a standard level of compensation with every parcel, which is up to £20 or £50 depending on the courier. If your parcel is worth more than £50 you can take out extra cover. But you can’t use the £10 off code to get a discount on the cover, you’ll need to pay for it separately.

I have used Parcel2Go to get great rates via reputable couriers like UPS and DHL ( for at least parts of the routes ), shipping big parcels to Eastern Europe. All arrived but took much longer than expected but at a fraction of the cost. Always add optional insurance for peace of mind to remoter locations.
