ParcelPost are currently having staff issues where they are having to use agency staff to deliver their packages.

I have been waiting since last Wednesday morning when my parcel from Germany was at their central London depot.

The tracking discontinued at 0410 hours at the depot. I have called the depot and they tell me they still have my package.

Just a heads up for the Londoners here.

I want my bleeding rhinos.

Parcelforce isn't it? Or parcelfudge in this case?

Called someone at ParcelForce's depot today and they're going to get back to me about my missing parcel.

They have messed me about up til now, saying 'your parcel's out on the road' a couple of times, and not replying to emails.

It's insured so the worse case should be a replacement gets sent out and the torment starts over.

Again, parcelforce have not got back to me.

Advice anyone? Have any of you been in this situation before?

Keep ringing them. You'll never find anybody willing to take responsibility so stay on the phone whilst they check. It might be best to ask to speak to a manager or whoever is in charge straight away.
