Wanted items

Just struck me after posting a wanted add...

Would it be beneficial and more courteous when posting a wanted add for it to be a requirement to put the price range you are prepared to pay, rather than the usual “cheapest” or “lowest possible”?

After all, when sellling an item you have to put the price.

Seems  to me as a more pleasant way to do any business.

Any opinions would be interesting to read.

Cheers

I would try to find out the going rate then subtract 5%. It means your guaranteeing them a sale without them having to advertise, hence 5%.sounds fair.
