Hi all, I am new here, I only joined to see if anyone can help me with a hallmark. It is on a set of silver teaspoons that my local jeweller assures me are silver, by testing them. I cannot find anything on the net after searching for ages, so perhaps someone can help me.

Could be right, as they may have come from Holland, not sure. I have looked up and other sites suggest silver plate, but my local jeweller assures me they are silver, which would you suggest they are please?
