hand-poured silver bars: the new milky way!

So I bought my 1st 5 ounce bar. Scottsdale 5 ounce hand-poured. So milky, I thought it was zinc. Never seen hand poured, I'm new to buying silver, I hear about the milky-ness, I just never thought I'd end up with a piece that resembled a piece of 155.5 grams of zinc, lol. Any remedies for removing the milk stuff without damaging the bar?

Are you sure it's silver, and not actually zinc? :P

Well played....lol yes, I'm sure, it has a nice crystal clear "ding" to it. I knew I wasn't going to get anything with a lustrous polished shine, I just wasn't expecting it to be so white. It's my 1st time seeing a piece of silver 1st hand in the rough, tough, & in the buff.

Is the 5oz Scottsdale bar a prey bar? They have a very rough matte look to them. It is surprising how different silver can look depending on the way it is produced and the finish.
