 Remembrance quarter sovereign came today. On a sidenote Harrington and byrne are letting people buy these in instalment payments if they wish, with delivery on the first payment.

Nice buy, but that's why I would never buy tubes again.. Once I've ordered tube of celtic animals from one Germany dealer. It was described as sealed tube. As a result I got opened tube with none coin in perfect conditions. All of them had mechanical defects and 5 coins had fingerprints in addition. And those coins had high premium and cost more than perfect Perth Mint coins in capsules at same size. Gladly I could return them..

Today and earlier in the week....

3 oz of bullion coins, 1 oz silver card and a bullion grade half sovereign. No where near as exciting as some of the stuff you guys seem to get but it’s all adding to the stack!!

Personally I like a sealed Bairds & Co bar. English. Also better value, it’s still 1kg bullion at end of the day ;)

A 1944 un peso which I got for a bank breaking £8.50

And a 1992 3 coin commemorative  1oz 1/2oz and 1/4oz set

Better late then never 😀. Next week the last three 1 oz Gold Greyhound's will be delivered and I will take some photos of the entire Gold stack (all the coins out of the Royal Mint tubes) when I visit the safety deposit box. But an early preview as I am preparing the current acquisitions for long term storage..... 37 oz Gold the last four coins in the Queens Beast series below......

I hear that. I want to get a Baird & co bar as well at some point for the same reason. Keeping this one long term so hopefully it won’t matter how much I paid 😊
