Some non-CGT exempt gold. While it makes sense to pop the majority of my stack with Brits and sovs, some variety brings a lot of visual pleasure. I actually prefer the restrike ducats because I don't like the word "republik" but the Philharmonic is a striking design, and it's a whole number of oz so easier maths...

so what a fantastic day today, 1st I got the lovely little 1oz silver forum bar from @BackyardBullion, added by @bobskiwho sent me the queen lizzies last and charlies 1st Britannia and finally and most exciting I finally received (royal mail is so bad) my remaining chess pieces and an extra queen black and white and actually having iin finally in hand is just a fantastic finish to this exquisite set from @BackyardBullion and dad who crafted an awesome board with storage.and now I have a capsule to put the sovereign I got last week I have the top level of my storage box  happy days

It was gifted to him by an old Chinese man in a Tibetan marketplace. .... it was always ... meant ... to be .... his! ...m'wah!
