Today I Received.....

Message added by ChrisSilver

The Today I received section is for private individuals to share items they have purchased for their collection / as part of their investment.

The Today I received section is not to be used for businesses to promote their business. Trade members and those operating as a business in the eyes of the forum are invited to enquire about a Dealer Sub Forum, where you may start your own Today _____ received topic to post your commercial purchases. E.g. The Today Chards Received..... topic.

Received my replacement 2 ounce silver proof Gothic Crown Portrait yesterday.

No scratches, dings, missing frosting! However, there is some debris on the coin. I have given it a gentle rattle, but does not move.

Don't feel that confident in opening the capsule and trying  to remove it, what do you think? Not sure what the debris is?

Cornflakes?😅

Have the same problem but can't get the capsule opened without taking a hammer to it

I like to buy the pre-dip dip

There's no issue with taking the capsule off carefully, do not blow this off with your breath, a camera blower works well.

Perspex/clear resin floors in the house with the coins displayed underneath. You'll need some crawl spaces put in though to retrieve the ones you want to show off.

Yes, that would be quite a display- seen this done before, a more permanent solution

Today I received (or received this week at least) a couple of forum purchases. A circulated 1/2 Sovereign to take the 1872 spot in the album courtesy of @1stsovereign and a stunning 1877 Dutch 10G courtesy of @stackerp5.

Not the LMU/LMU-unit conforming stuff that I'm focused on at the moment, but wonderful pieces of world gold nonetheless. Thanks to both!

My pleasure Ryan! Happy to see it's being appreciated in good hands! 😁👍

Always shipping with re-used or biodegradable packaging.

Looking to sell some items to fund a holiday. I've got some items for sale. PM me or check my profile if interested: Hitler's 3rd Reich 2 Reichsmark Coins, Roman Imperial Denarii and Other silver coins/items.

I know it's not much, but thanks to these little beauties, my first ever gold stack now stands at a mighty 0.47ozt and I couldn't be more thrilled. Here's to bringing many more of their siblings into our shiny little family in the future.

Went into the Perth Min today and took some photos of the beautiful gold nuggets they have on display and for sale. Did not get any of these but did walk away with three gold tigers (one 1/2oz and three 1/10/oz).
