Today I Received.....

Today I received:

20x 2018 Perth Mint dragon bars. I've been trying to find these at a good deal and they popped up randomly on goldsilver.be at £17.91 an ounce which feels like a fair price to me. Everywhere else wanted at least £23 an ounce probably because they're getting harder to find. The stock sold out in 24 hours. People like to hoard these it seems.

250g Geiger bar: I'm tempted to remove the plastic wrapping on this thing! It makes it feel cheap on what is a premium bullion brand. Let me know if you're for or against.

After a long wait my order of Utah Goldbacks arrived. Absolutely gorgeous but now need to find something decent to store them in.

So I have had some custom bars done for me by @PureScottishSilver who I big often enough with my mad ideas  

the two Muerte bars are stunning- one will be antiqued when I get time. 
 

the other three are from his prototypes as he is trying to get a home poured 1 oz bar perfected. Love the fact I am the first to have these

Another Mexican coin this time it's a rare  cinco pesos circulated coin from 1950. It was to commemorate the opening of the southern railway.

There was an initial mintage of 200k but the Mexican mint held 100k of them back and re melted them to use for the 1968 Olympic 25 pesos.

This is a beauty of a coin and holds its premium well.

Well it’s been a good day! Been a while since I added gold to stack. The proof 5dollar was bought at spot as was the corona. Both lovely. 
and the non standard half sovs always good to pick up over bullion ones.

The straggler has arrived. A 1955 Restrike Cinco 5 Pesos from Bespoke Auctions, Cheltenham (via the-saleroom.com).  

A great price despite the ridiculous Buyers Premium & postal charge- but a very slow service.  Thanks @ilovesilverireallydo For sorting me out with a Dos Y Medio Pesos this evening- very much appreciated.

Yes silver membership.it pays for itself with the great deals I get on here instead of paying all those high premiums from dealers.

Won't you be more or less paying for those premiums via this place as well, but then to private people rather than to companies? I take it people over here would like to sell their stuff at a nice profit as well rather than against spot price.

When you buy from a dealer you pay 20% in tax, when you buy here privately you pay 0% tax so potential for an instant 20% saving.

Also people like to sell things competitively, as it makes people more likely to buy it, personally if I see something on here I want and it's the exact same price as a dealer I'll probably use the dealer...
