Welcome to the Forum goldbug!  Where have you seen the acronym before?  eBay's "Buy It Now" (BiN) was the first thing that popped into mind.  Of course, I always did terribly at pop quizzes in school so perhaps another of my esteemed colleagues can offer a better response.  Once again, welcome.  We look forward to many interesting conversations.

I seen it mentioned several times on the forum and couldn't find the definition anywhere.
