Luckypawnshop does not reply

I need to cancel an order from luckypawnshop before shipping it, according to his return and refund policy, but I can't get any reply (tried three times with the contact form without success). 

Does anyone has a direct email or is in contact with him (maybe Numistacker ?)

I've only ever had him reply to emails once before, since then - nothing.

The only way I can seem to get contact is to ask @Numistacker to help!

@Numistacker, you wrote that Panda Garden sets would be shipped around the end of the month, but I am confused as on Lukypawnshop site, it is said 10th october.

I am in a hurry as I have made a group buy with friends for 4 sets and 2 are cancelled...I hope to get in touch with them quickly if tomorrow is the shipping day ! Try to email him with the adress provided by Sixgun

Good luck (sic), once I needed to chase an order that was very late and tried to contact him via message or email through the website; totally ignored.

Luckypawnshop doe not seems serious...They propose a refund and return policy but without any reply from them, I feel powerless...

I have relied on good appreciations of this site and found their chineese medals beautiful but it would have been better to abstain instead of going in confidence...disapointed and hangry

These Lunar Garden are not ready shipped so maybe I have to put a claim with Paypal
