Buyin a ready made box does't have to be the expensive option.

By the time all the factors are added togetherfor a home made bespoke box including time which is more expensive?

Sure buyin a few boxes is quick easy and poss easier to stack, but not so much fun in the building it yourself.

Have you ever thought about the Nimbus floating frames.  The lunars look stunning in these & they are reasonably priced. There is a strong cardboard shipper if you just want to store them.  The 230x180 frame cavity suspends a kilo lunar no trouble and will probably hold the full set but this size would be perfect for the 1/2-10oz.
