Just reach out to your nearest local mint, or any other for that matter, and ask. Not sure if this list is complete, but there's plenty to choose from https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_mints. Private issues are regular part of their business.
I know several people from my local circle of collectors who had their own medal designs successfully produced by the local mint. The lower the mintage, the bigger portion of the total budget is used on the die engraving. You could save some money if your design is relatively simple to engrave or if you satisfy yourself with just one-sided "coin".
BTW note that what you issue will always be a medal or a round, never a coin (which is distinguished by a nominal value on it). At least I assume that it is illegal to produce your own coins in the UK 😁

Hello everyone, this is something that keeps happening so I thought that I would make a post here to help reduce the amount of times it happens.
When you receive a notification email or private message notification email, you need to click the blue button to go to the forum to reply.
All email notifications are sent from my email, so if you just reply to the email unfortunately the intended recipient will not get the message, only I will get your email.
    Thanks
    Edit:
Members just need to press this blue “Read full message” button (found underneath the content) to then reply via the forum to reach the intended recipient in a private message:

Or the blue “go to this post” button (if it’s a forum post notification)

You will then be able to reply the the private message or post in the topic on the forum.

There is a time to sell: when the Dow/Gold ratio falls to low single digits. Even then you must keep hold of a minimum amount of PMs in your portfolio for insurance - I'd suggest going no lower than 10%.

"Men who can both be right and sit tight are uncommon."
This is perhaps the greatest single sentence written about trend following.

    Did you keep the faith?
    7 year highs.
    GSR fallen to 82.
The party is getting started. But personally I am not getting that excited yet. We still have MUCH further to run.
Like I have said in many previous posts, this will be a mindblowing bull market ride of a lifetime. We will go up by MANY MULTIPLES. Days like these will become much more commonplace.
Only those with the long term patience and vision to ride the full macro trend will be benefit.

Remember this immortal passage from Reminiscences:
"After spending many years in Wall Street and after
making and losing millions of dollars I want to tell you this: It never was my thinking
that made the big money for me. It always was my sitting. Got that? My sitting tight! It
is no trick at all to be right on the market. You always find lots of early bulls in bull
markets and early bears in bear markets. I’ve known many men who were right at
exactly the right time, and began buying or selling stocks when prices were at the very
level which should show the greatest profit. And their experience invariably matched
mine that is, they made no real money out of it. Men who can both be right and sit tight
are uncommon. I found it one of the hardest things to learn. But it is only after a stock
operator has firmly grasped this that he can make big money. It is literally true that
millions come easier to a trader after he knows how to trade than hundreds did in the
    days of his ignorance."

Translation = Ignore the smal, insignificant movements, and learn to ride the big trend.

As I said before there is a squeeze on gold and silver so todays moves are just a start in my opinion here is the drivers...
    * Virus exploding not just in the USA but in Australia Hong Kpng South Africa this is no second wave it is still the first.
    * Governments are in a frenzy to get people back to work as their economies tank.  Here in the UK we are playing wack a mole locking down towns and cities public are confused.
    * ECB, FED Bank of England frantically printing currencies like there is no tomorrow debasing the FIAT supply
    * Silver is in very short supply, mines are still closed.  J P Morgan told to reduce its position and stop shorting by the Dep. of Justice and shorts are closing from others
    * Millenials on Robin Hood now turning on to Gold and we can see increased activity on the ETFs
    * Demand soaring for Gold and Silver in Asian countries where precious metals are the first port of call as a safe haven
This article today appeared saying Gold supplies halved to the USA from Switzerland

I think recent rises have highlighted just how wrong many of the guys on this forum have been.
I even mean @BackyardBullion, who for the last few months has been saying silver permiums are too high and recommending waiting. Also, recommending staying away from vaulting services like Bullionvault that avoid the premium altogether!.
I just keep hearing "if you dont hold it, you dont own it" nonsense. I jut feel a lot of oldschool silver heads have completely forgotten why they got into silver in the first place.
Of course, things could reverse, there will most likely be some pull backs...but over the long haul I can only see prices going up.

If you think that all 3 cannot exist at the same time, you have never studied finance. I will make it easy for you.......Japan has had all three for the last 30 years.
