Yeah. I'd imagine a chunky one will be at least 2oz. Labour + VAT would mean at least 5k here in the UK.

24k is very specialist in the UK and people who usually have pieces have been gifted them so it's not often they come up for sale. I see you are based in/around London. Have you tried around China Town? There may be Chinese gold shops there and they will do 24k. Failing that I do know there are at least 2-3 Nepalese jewellers in Aldershot. They do 24k gold.

They are cool though. I used to love wasting money on all these PM novelty things. I picked up some from Ollie a while back. They were only sterling but were hallmarked and direct 1:1 casts with the logo removed. IIRC, they were more expensive than Monarch's. Not sure if it's still the case but with labour and hallmarking costs, I'd imagine they probably will be. **After edit** They only weigh around 19g so they do actually cost considerably more than Monarch's.

April 2013 and it was in gold with a sand blasted finish. By pure coincidence it weighs around 1oz and I've never noticed until today but they've stamped the purity onto the bottom edge.
