  3. Hello All, I hope this topic is allowed and of interest to people. A simple question to start, is anyone refining silver themselves? Yes there is a wealth of information out there on youtube and other less friendly forums, HOWEVER, the little old UK gets very overlooked. I know this is all to do with the acid you 'need' being nitric. Getting the home licence is the obvious route and may be worth a separate conversion ( I have some insight in that). But to roll round to my previous point is there anyone doing it and anyone doing it in a way without nitric at all? Yes nitric can be made, again so much out there on that, but this is also illegal. So just wondered if there any artisan refiners here?
  4. Self explanatory by the title, but i just wonder what...if anything you guys do with your graphite crucibles/molds once they are beyond safe use?
