Here’s my dad’s coin under 5x magnification (looks pretty minty so will probably send it for grading for him), can anyone see any issues??
I’ve not received mine yet but mines the continuity purchase, saying that, my dads was supposed to be the continuity one also 🤷‍♂️.
Mine’s marked as despatched with a Green tick ✅ but no tracking number so I believe I might receive it in January 🤷‍♂️ (if at all).
We both bought and paid for the single then minutes later saw the continuity option so we both bought that too. My A.M has said in writing that I’ll get both “sides” (portrait to follow) so fingers crossed (not sure about my dad). They’ve took his money x 2 already and my A.M said my single has been cancelled, so I expect his has too.
Right mess!!
Anyway, glad to have one!! They really do look so much better physically.

2oz gold reserved on pre order, but will be trying my for the 2oz silver on launch to. Can't see why this one won't do well like Una and lion personally. The originals been chased and converted by collectors for over 100+ years

Agreed on the 2012 Bullion Sovereign- the design simply didn't work on the Bu

Although there are many nasty looking coins- This is by far my worse nightmare- imagine dropping £2k for this horror story...

Encouraging it is holding its value nicely, last UK auction sale was coincabinet in selling at £59,000 Sept 2020 with no buyers premium, less sellers fees 

These will easily go over £3,500 (at the current time). Where they will settle in 12 months 🤷‍♂️

To start this topic, here is a 1/2oz proof Kookaburra from the World Money Fair to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Kookaburra series from the Perth Mint. This has a mintage of only 2500. And was also produced in a 1oz version. Minted by Perth Mint, Australia. It features the same kookaburra design of the 1990 coin. 

Pleased to announce #1150 arrived! 
All looks good to me, a few strands of the black flock from the box appears to be inside it but otherwise all ok. 
Just need to teach myself what to do for NGC now 🤣
 

Looking so wonderful this coin. 
One small issue that is not on the capsule, looks like a little piece of dust or something, I am no expert but is this the kind of thing that conservation with a coin grader might help with?

Otherwise, I could not be happier, it looks wonderful and has so much going for it as a coin. 




I was a little concerned about the rim of the coin on the Queens side above 2020, but upon closer look on the 4k video It looks fine
