Adam, I do not want to know your supplier or margins but I really want to know as a customer is you’ve checked it. Sorry to carry on, but weight, dimensions and knowledge doesn’t cut it. 
Sigma takes a second and should be standard practise for business dealers and this wouldn’t have happened.

I didn't ask for one so would assume they're sending them to all customers who have already received the bars.

If it was tavex Uk you should contact them using the chat option on their website yesterday she said they are waiting for pamp suisse to get back to them but she may have more news now. 

They sent me the bar without the outer sleeve.
No option to cancel. 
Not happy with the service they have provided. 
Hopefully they rectify.
