I am unsure on what Chards are paying but I can say that bullion companies are getting wave after wave of selling since the gold price started to rise and it is difficult to make a market for the stock we received at these higher spot prices unless you are buying at a deep discount to spot. So I do not think Chards are ripping anyone off with their offers, they are trying to make a market when the supply is huge compared to the demand
