I am very grateful to everyone who contributed to this compensation. I did ask BYB to pass on my thanks to everyone involved, as I am unaware of who contributed. I was not entirely happy with others paying for my misfortune, but my wife saw things differently. So, as a compromise, I made contributions to 3 charities suggested by BYB. The community spirit on this forum has blown me away, and as I suggested to BYB, if this should occur again please consider me all in to help others in the same manner.
