  1. Hi, welcome to the forum! 😁
  2. Hi, welcome to the forum! 😁
  3. Hi Dan, welcome to the forum 😁
  4. OMG, you are totally correct. Don’t know how I looked at it πŸ˜‚ this data makes more sense now. However, this would give more than 100g per person, what seems too much.
  5. Czech Republic has 10,7 million citizens. 19.35t if gold is 1.8g per head. The β€˜data’ doesn’t indicate if it’s bullion or any kind of gold including jewellery. If my calculations are correct a wedding ring should have easily 1g of pure gold. I’m more surprised that Germany or Italy report less privately owned gold. Germany has 8x more people and 2x less gold. I find this piece of data less likely.
  6. Welcome to the forum. I’ve seen Henry VII available on dealers websites. I think Chards has 1 oz available to preorder, but right now it unfortunately you will pay extra premium. Nobody knows if it will get cheaper or more expensive over time. However I don’t expect it to return to retail price anytime soon, if ever. I was able to get mine from RM, but this seems to be lottery, so in the future I’ll be checking dealers before release if they have them for preorder for reasonable around retail price.
  7. I’d love to have gold, but the price..,
  8. Is it me, or 2oz and 1oz silver have different finish? It looks to me like 2oz is matt while 1oz is shinier
  9. Actually solution is pretty simple increase mintage. And or create additional releases if demand is high. RM could create solution where they promise to have coin orderable for one month after release, if they run out they will produce more to fulfil the orders. This way people would buy what they like not what has low mintage 😁
  10. Looking at the schedule, I realized that if the Queen is still alive in 2026, then we will have coin with her portrait on both sides. It could even the same portrait on both sides. I'm curious with what design they will come up with. Maybe it could include all 5 portraits (completer ;))
  11. ...end when you entered the website, everything was sold out
  12. and missing 500 coins not sold as 'limited edition' by RM... To be honest, I haven't seen slabbed coins in real, but from the photos I think they're ugly. Does anyone prefers them to just capsules?
  13. I wish they release those as regular bullion with relatively large (30k?) but limited mintage, something like Australian Lunar series. I'd be more than content with this, it would satisfy my collector's desire with stacking goal I bet over time it would maintain some premium due to limited mintage, but wouldn't be too expensive to buy around the release.
  14. Welcome to the forum! πŸ‘‹
  15. Welcome to the forum. I had similar dilemma between sovereign and Britannias. It’s not fully resolved but I’d be leaning towards mix of 1oz Brits and sovs. Time will tell where I’ll end up 😁
  16. The good thing is that it may discourage flippers. If people are already overextending themselves for RM prices and considering skipping series then they will not pay extra flipper premiums either, so it will no longer be considered as quick money. However it doesn’t change the fact that real victims are people who would love to collect those but simply cannot afford so many releases. I’m curious how will it look like, but probably will skip it. And save for some small stack of regular bullion 2022 sovereigns 😁
