Just received my 5oz and as previously with the 2oz the coin looks perfect. 

I sent back my original 10 oz silver because there was damage on the rim i received the replacement today with certificate number 2 
the coin is in excellent condition I have just posted it to NGC for grading 
I spoke to NGC customer service they said they have already received some 2 oz gold and silver and they are in excellent condition they also said no 10oz ones have been submitted yet except mine 
i will post the results when i hear back

My 5oz will be delivered tomorrow morning so can’t wait. 
So far I’ve been lucky with the 2 x 2 oz silvers let’s see tomorrow anyway. 

Just opened my 2oz silvers and they look outstanding and absolutely perfect .
Off to get them graded now. 
Sorry might be a stupid question but would you send the capsule or take the coin out and place it in a flip and then send the coin.

I did mention last week that the  Royal mint haven’t even got the great engravers coins in as of yet but a few people thought I was joking. 

My personal feeling is that of the lucky 220 or so 2oz gold holders, a handful will be flippers attempting to cash in on the ‘new release / FOMO’ hype, and some may get a lucky bite from truly desperate buyers.
However, I suspect the majority of these coins will disappear into permanent collections, only to surface every so often at fluctuating prices due to lack of sales consistency and precedent.
As for the silvers, I don’t see them losing value. How much they appreciate though I can’t even speculate. Probably a fair bit simply because they’re the ‘consolation prize’. 🙂

From what I have now been told from a source by their AM, expect Great Engravers to be dispatched Mid March now for 2oz Silver.
