Mystery solved! The full sovereign came in a capsule, while the three halves came in blisters but with empty capsules included.
I think they are all the basic Lighthouse style capsules rather than being like the ones the RM currently use.

Finally got my half from BBP, ordered 8th Jan I think! Although they did call to update me and sent SD in the end so can't complain. 
Contemplating removing from packaging to fill a tube and horrify some, won't use gloves either 😅
 

No it's just a plastic cup as it were, I'd imagine they have a sheet with 20 cups in and then rattle the coins over and then sticky back plastic sheet on top with the logo.

I've had a couple of 'handled' proof coins from buying best value type bullion coins. I'd say if you want to keep your premium leave it in the capsule.
If the YouTube police see your bare skin touching a silver coin I think it's a lifetime ban 😉😂

New 19 sov box from RM. Very pleased with this, it is weighty and feels and looks high quality. I like the paperwork hidey hole and the velvet "lid"
The only downsides for me are that they could have done a bottom tray instead of the paperwork caddy and the 19 is an odd number, it could have been 20 easily and the one row of four may trigger my ocd in time! Also can't use currently as no caps in stock at RM 🤣

I would not panic over the difference if it's come form a combi bar  they all may not break away 100% equally........What sort of premiums are you paying for those? I know dealers buy back less than spot so you may be getting hammered at both ends of your transactions.    Possibly look at sovereigns for your stack.
