Howdy all!
Been getting a few private messages about this so thought I would just make a quick post about schedules for 2024 releases. 
Normally we would have the 1 oz bars ready by about this time of year - and to be fair they are all manufactured but I am going to be releasing them in June. 
The reason for this is I am shifting how I work. 
I am trying to get ALL production for our annual products done in the first half of this year. This allows me more time to focus on the delivery of the projects when they are done. 
Shipping out all the bars to customers takes a lot of time and it often is all consuming. 
So, for now I am working away creating all the forum products for 2024 based on the following scheule:
Silver Forum Products
1 oz forum bars (250 mintage): Release June
100g forum bars (175 mintage): Release Late August
1oz, 3oz and 5oz forum rounds (50, 75 & 25 mintages): Release November
BYB annual products
1 oz BYB bars (100 mintage): Release June
100g BYB Bars (25 mintage): Release Late August

Although I can not independently verify any information, and there was no reported private messages on TSF that could be validated (currently), taking the external evidence into consideration at face value and information taken directly from Bearest78, I have decided in the interests of being cautious and especially due to recent events to close this member's account @Bearest78 (operating as GALLERY8SIX LTD) this action is in good faith and for the benefit of the forum community.

From the information supplied it is believed that this member is either likely or likely connected to a previously banned forum member. I had directly asked if they knew this person, which they denied, however the information/external evidence received shows otherwise.

If you have any trades with this member please complete them and please do not start any more trades with this member. It is advisable not to trade with any banned members outside of the forum. (It is my understanding that several members who went on to trade outside of the forum with the previous said banned member in question are still waiting for stock to be delivered which never arrived)

TSF benefits from member’s paid memberships including business accounts, so we obviously would not want to close an account unnecessarily, unless we believed it was in the best interest of the community.

As my personal life gets a bit more complicated, I'm sure you've noticed my sales and auctions have slowed down. I thank each and every one of you who have bought my pieces as they are helping me and my family immensely.  

I have just had a call from my bank, they have concluded their investigation and concluded that I was blameless in this scam and have refunded me in full. This is a great result.
I would like to thank all the members on this tread for their support and good wishes. I would also specifically like to thank @BackyardBullion for setting up the victims pool and to all the members that so generously contributed to that. I was very touched by this and now thankfully will not need to make use of that. This is a great credit to the spirit and integrity of the members on this forum. Maybe the proceeds of that fund can form the backbone of a fund for future scam victims.

Apologies if wrong thread, but while it's good for banks to be helpful in tracking down scammers, I'm not sure we want them to be more "careful". Pushing the risk of our decisions of whom to trade with on to the banks (by making them refund from their own pockets) would likely lead to them deciding that they don't want to enable our transactions at all.

Great news. Do you know if they managed to actually recover it from the scammer's account?
(Not to be a downer but I also hope this stuff doesn't make it harder to use bank transfers for bullion trades, given @BackyardBullion's recent experiences.)
