  1. According to a dealer the 2024 Proof Sovereign will be available on 02/11/2023 and the King's birthday Celebration Sovereign will be available on 06/11/2023 with the following limited editions: 5 Coin Sovereign Set: 450 3 Coin Sovereign Set: 650 Sovereign: 7500 Half Sovereign: 1250 75th Birthday Celebration Sovereign: 750
  2. I assume they stand for Limited Edition Presentation and Maximum Coin Mintage
  3. STRUCK WITH A SPECIAL PRIVY MARK The definitive coins each bear a special privy mark on their obverse, which displays Queen Elizabeth II’s birth year alongside the year Her Majesty passed away.
  4. Sovereign Rarities price for 2oz gold: £10900 on Monday night £11500 yesterday £13500 now Britannia Coin Company had 2 available yesterday and it is out of stock today. It looks like there’s strong demand for them on the secondary market.
  5. I think it is random on purpose. There are two main ways to manage an online queue. The First Come First Served and the Service In Random Order. My understanding, from my experience and experiences of other forum members, is that the Royal Mint is using the second one. So it doesn’t matter what time you have joined the queue between the time the queue system is in place (usually 8:30 or 8:45) and before 9:00 (for a 9:00 am sale). At 9:00 anyone in the queue will get a random place. If you refresh the page after that you will loose your place in the queue. Also I have the impression that after the problems with the Three Graces release, where many orders were cancelled, the Royal Mint has slowed down the process. It allows less customers placing orders at the same time so in average it takes more time waiting in the queue after 9:00 for the same number of customers to enter the website.
