EuropaBullion got a reaction from Agaumac in Coin from Europabullion.com
Good morning Silvernoob,
All the coins we sell come either directly from the mint or from a respected wholesalers. All the coins labeled "Uncirculated" are exactly that - uncirculated. The scratches you see on the edges occur during the packing process in the mint or during transportation - as the coins bang against each other in the tube.Â
If you were to sell this particular coin on the picture back to us we would pay exactly what we pay for a coin with no marks.Â
However, since you seem to be a new customer we can offer you a replacement of the coin. We can only do that one time, we cannot guarantee that there will be no minor marks or scratches on the coins you order in the future.Â
We have also sent you an e-mail response to your inquiry
Kind regards,
EuropaBullion Team

Uncirculated means it hasn't been in circulation like the coins in your pocket. The coin pictured would not have lost any weight from a minor ding on the rim, Silver is a relatively soft metal.

I can confirm that the service from them is really good. They currently also have an option for deferred shipping so you can make (i think it's up to 5) orders in a 3 month period to be packed and shipped together in order to save on shipping. Not sure if they offer that for UK clients as well but worth to check out.

As an onlooker I'm seriously impressed at their response. And I am now much more inclined to buy from them. Just goes to show that providing good customer service pays for itself.

EuropaBullion got a reaction from GreatBritishBullion in A Review of 1oz Goddess Europa by BYB
Thank you, @BackyardBullion! We have to give credit to the Bulmint team as well. They have been a great partner in designing and manufacturing the coin.
We have already been approved to continue minting the 1kg Goddess Europa Coin Bar and the 1oz coin in 2022 with no change in the design (perhaps we can touch that forehead). These will be exclusively sold on EuropaBullionâs website in the EU, USA and Canada markets and by @GreatBritishBullion in the UK. As you mentioned, they are very low mintage so  there is no point to distribute them to other dealers.
However, Goddess Europa Series were just the warm up. We have a new coin approved that will be released in the beginning of October with a mintage of 500,000 and will be sold to dealers worldwide. I would say it looks even better than the 1oz GE and itâs not connected to the brand. The wholesale premiums of the coin will be lower than those of all government mints so this coin could have a major impact. Stay tuned!
Once again thank you for the great (and) honest feedback!

Yup, ordered a couple of these when they were released and very happy with the design/quality considering it's a low premium coin. Looking forward to that October release then!
