Silver is going into free fall. It looks like I made a foolish investment. Here's me still waiting after all these years for the economy to collapse, fiat currency to implode and hyper inflation to rage across the nation. And what are the chances of that ever happening? Zero!
OK, I get it now. I bought into the hype. I followed the savvy silver crowd thinking I was smarter than the average investor by thinking I made a once in a life time invest before all doom. That I will be able to wipe my mortgage out when silver hits 3 figures
I was sucked in and s h i t out by the great silver investment quasi scam. I ****ed up, I made a fool hardy invest. I feel like a knob. Oh and I don't give a rats ass about how beautiful silver maybe, about how I love to look at my stash and about how much I believe this is an undervalued asset. I invested in it to get rich. That's all. Nothing more, nothing less.
Well it was a bullshit investment.

    Sorry to hear that bud.
Silver can be a great investment if you do your homework and get in at the right time and price.
Unfortunately I'm guessing alot of people were drawn in buy the squeeze.
Hold on to it if you can afford to and who knows it may shoot back up one day.
    Best of luck 👍

I sure we'll see plenty more of these spikes to come over the next 2 months. Then on to the stratosphere. £100 oz before Christmas 2021.

I agree, but this is what newbies into the realm of silver stacking should be told instead of the rose tinted glasses that alot of people in this club promote. Its one thing stacking but its a different animal when it comes to sell.

Yes. I think if the postal store have a branch near you it could be delivered there. They will even bring it over the border and deliver it to your home after. I think its €12 to use their address in the south. You can collect it or have it delivered to you for extra.

Yes I check it regularly but I would like to liquidate around 15% of my stack (175 x 1oz) in as few transactions as possible.

I managed to sell a large stack for £22/oz quite rapidly, mainly since Christmas. I note spot has since gone up.

Ah this must be why people are predicting stock crashes this week I guess? I dont watch the news.

Just look on Ebay its quicker and easier for approximate prices as different coins have different premiums & spot price changes all the time.

Hmmm might not be weeks. The housing market still seeing increased prices even in December and likely to see significant activity until the stamp duty holiday ends at the end of the financial year, as does the mortgage holiday scheme. The furlough scheme also lasts till the end of April 2021, so I wouldn't expect movement in a few weeks.  When it does there isn't much consensus on the scale although the worst case I've seen  for the Housing market is a 8% reduction by the OBR - which given house prices rose by 7.6% this year is more of a correction than a crash.
Even when other economic factors bite  I think it will depend on the impact of Brexit, Government actions and consumer / stock market confidence.  I think Brexit still is the biggest unknown given the services sector (including financial) sits outside of the current deal and companies still don't know the full impact.  Two examples I've read this week include Ryanair and Wizz having to strip British shareholders of specific voting rights to retain their EU operating licence (don't know if this will affect IAG too), and the  moving of cross border Euro trading from London to other European stock exchanges. The Euro share exchanges alone  are worth  8.6 billion euros a day. Therefore it will take some  more time to shake out and understand the full implications and more more sector specific agreements to be put into place.
I suspect recalibrating from Brexit and the debt incurred from Covid-19 relief are going to impact the UK economy over years with the government caught of in its own dilemma of either applying more austerity measures (risking alienating their 'red wall 'supporters) or tax hikes (alienating its traditional voter base).

What is so ingenious about that? You mean to say he had no savings to buy food and pay bills? Ffs If you had bought toilet rolls or hand sanitizer you would have made a killing.

I think the one universal truth with silver stacking is nobody has a clue what the price is going to do.
Im holding a stack now 10 years, hoping that 3 figure silver or close would have happened before now.
The secret to this silver stacking is buy on the dips sell on the peaks and bank the profits. Holding physical silver long term is a mugs game, with the benefit of hindsight of course.
You're money is not depreciating, there is no shortage of silver or ever gona be, the looming recession is not gona be a fraction as bad as its made out to be.
Get in, make your money and get out. Rinse and repeat. Don't fall for all the self perpetuating bullshit.
