  1. Yes, unfortunately for you they are too good to be true! As mentioned above, if you are looking to start collecting coins then buy from reputable dealers. Otherwise, you could be wasting your cash.
  2. Let's be realistic. Do you really expect to pay 3 sought-after silver coins for USD45 ? If these were genuine, then the silver content alone (spot price of silver) for these three coins would be more USD45. Learn from experience. We have all been there.
  3. Hello! Welcome to the forum. At first glance they don't look great. The strike and colour of the coins are highly suspect, especially the Morgan dollar. The 1911 Trade dollar is a common year for fakes. Sorry to say none of them look genuine from those pictures. You could easily confirm whether or not they are silver by the specific gravity test method. If you are new to coin collecting my advice would be to buy from reputable and established coin dealers near you.
  4. Who does that - Would it not rot below ground unless it is zero degree !? In the days before refrigerators, people cured meat - wind / sun dried or with salt. Back on topic: a very interesting find. How many of us would not take a few coins before announcing our discovery !? 😬🤔
  5. All you chaps are being harsh. Without Mr Wonger, a contrarian from dreamland this thread would have been dull and lacking entertainment value. 😁 Price of gold at the time of writing - £1426 (USD1928).
  6. The Royal Mint responding to customer complaints hires new consultants to join the Coin Design Selection Committee.
  7. Hello! Welcome to the forum
  8. Hello! Welcome to the forum. There are plenty of likeminded members here to discuss anything relating to precious metals.
  9. Which part - the gold price or the hoax of a Russian invasion !? 😁
  10. At least the previous puppet leader speaks Ukrainian. The recent bunch of puppets somehow don't speak the language! Back on topic: Price of gold has broken through £1400 (at the time of writing £1403, USD1907). I suspect it will rally for a few days but once the hoax of an Russian invasion dies down, then drops back below £1400 (USD1900).
  11. 😍🤩 I make that 10oz of AU and looks like 27oz of AG. Excellent going just a month into stacking, especially getting hold of those QB coins. 👍 ........now what is your home address again !!!? 🤣
  12. Would you like to copy and paste your answer here !? 😁
  13. I only just spotted this thread ! The coin doesn't look right. The lettering is wrong as pointed out. The rim, weak strike and colour. The OP hasn't logged back on since the bad news. I guess the OP quickly requested a refund off the ebay seller !
  14. Hello! Welcome to the forum.🤗 If you like to continue collecting, then this can be a great place to empty your wallet quickly.😁
  15. The lady at the till will surely ask "have you got something smaller ! " 😁 Anyway, no one on here will try coz the price of silver exceeds the face value of the coin.
  16. Nice Kilo silver bars but shame about the colour of your carpet ! 😬
  17. I know. If the BU Seymour Panther isn't on sale yet then they should have at least mention the Lion in the reply. Seems like RM Customer service don't know what their left hand is doing !
  18. 2022 1Kg Niue Silver Note Coinbar .9999 Silver BU Coin
  19. The Lion is on pre-sale with some dealers already. Seems like RM Customer Service has failed to mention this to you ! 😅
