There's been numerous 1 Oz deals within a percent or 2 of spot this past month. A few bars, even some cheap 1/4 Oz and a double sov probably some other commemorative bits and pieces that usually go very low premium too

Can't see you being disappointed with a buffalo. Maples and Eagles don't excite me too much but are still good, well recognised options different to what you already have. I'd probably look for whatever comes up at best price if you're looking for variety

Don't think they're concerned... I've closed 2 banks completely for different reasons this past year and they did next to nothing to keep me. Halifax are on their last warning... Have stopped me making a couple of payments recently for relatively low amounts and I've had to contact them to avoid my account being put on hold. More money to be made from those who are paying interest on loans and debt I think.

It's a free market so you could personally choose to do that and choose not to sell anything that falls above that £ threshold if it is an idea you believe in. As it is now, anyone can list any of their metals at any price they wish. The buyers have the freedom to choose whether or not that is a price they want to pay after considering a number of factors such as, risks involved, quality of goods available, other opportunities with other sellers here and elsewhere.... The sellers who choose to operate within a few basic guidelines and bring quality offerings to the sales pages are often rapidly compensated for their efforts.

It's a free market. If you want to sell on those terms write it into your sales listing and see it anyone wants to risk it. Somebody might 👍🏼
