I don't think any country has any values worth anything at the moment ( maybe Ireland or south Africa.
    Close family values.
But what I don't subscribe to is lies about what history is. No ccoloniser has left a country better and wealthier. It was to steal. Are values are no better or worse than anyone else.
    It's gone up

Have any of the country's that America has "removed a murderous dictator " worked out? 😂😂 America to save the world and bomb, kill and conquer all based on lies 🙈 how did Afghanistan go? Taliban gone or still in power with billions of military equipment? 😂😂
America does what suits America and applies law and your "western values " when it suits them.

I'd say all of the UK's current issues can be laid at the doorstep of three eras.
    1) The Atlee government came to power after WWII. The country was broken and close to bankruptcy (but then so was Germany - who took a different path to us).
A bold vision was taken by the new Labour Government - wholesale nationalisation. Their ideals were genuine and sincere, to improve the lot of the working classes (and everyone else too - trickle up if you like). The NHS etc.
But as good as it might have started out, it had an unintended consequence.
The complete nationalisation of all those industries left them in a position where they could rely on Government funding and assistance to survive rather that having to innovate and stay competitive.
Megoliths like British Leyland became zombie companies relying on state aid.
The other consequence was that bringing politicians into running companies brought in opportunities for them to either make a mint on the side or call in the bean counters and cut, cut, cut. See Dr Beeching, Ernest Marples or the fact that Harold Macmillan became known as Mack the knife.
    2) The 1970s saw loss after loss, so then came Thatcher in the 1980s and decided to sell off all our industries and utilities to foreign investors. It was cheaper, quicker and easier to cut the dead wood and just buy it from abroad. Rather than actually identify areas for growth, support and invest in those and build new industries.
Unfortunately, closing down or selling off all these companies, also meant that we became a service sector economy - a nation of bankers, shopkeepers and middlemen - buy from abroad, whack on a profit and sell on. You can't run an economy long term like that. Any issues in the country you're buying from and you are directly affected with little control to stop it. See Germany's current problems with buying all their gas from Russia.
    3) 2007-2008 saw the banking crisis and the creation of quantitative easing and vast currency creation. Turning the UK into a zombie economy.
The other day on the TV there was a politician saying, "we need to make credit easier for people to get, so they can pay the bills". Now if you can't see what's wrong with that, then there's no hope really is there?
So everything these days is based on debt and obtaining credit - so no real growth or assets then? No actual wealth creation?
This is before we get to uncontrolled immigration and housing/NHS pressures (another unintended consequence of the Atlee government making the welfare state and NHS so appealing).
I don't really see any answers to these problems and the politicians are the greatest instrument in all of this.

i know, i think we are wasting our time with them but there will be others who read the threads and don't post. Some people will take notice. i took a lot of stick in the early days of the COVID threads but now we see how it is all coming unravelled. All the crazy stuff sixgun and his comrades were posting was actually true. Amazing. The truth can be stranger than fiction.

Trends are heading towards a total meltdown in every area; Men becoming more feminine, Women becoming more masculine, the Family being destroyed, Women will outnumber the Men in the workforce, all actions and transactions will be recorded and surveilled, inflation will run rampant, people will get heavier and fatter, fertile and testosterone rates will keep dropping like a stone, all organics and commercial food and other related needs will be replaced with lab genetic modified sources. This doesnt even count for the AI machines.
I find its possible, with they trends, that humanity will pick future children based on transhumanism - like an artifical womb - picked eye colours, hair, skin you name it - where the social credit systems are in place. TVs or remote access digital screens (maybe from a watch) will give live updates on lockdowns, the elite giving everyone instructions on what to do while humanity fights for a better social credit system through their labour.
At the same time the superclass will have access to almost all of the earth and keep that abundance to themselves and their children. Maybe at that time have full access to ships to travel the cosmos while the 99% are designated to zones to keep the slaves in check.
China will probably get all this in place, overtime, for an "official" one world government.

It would be either owned by the Crown or the franchisee subject to prior interests and rights. See sections 4 and 5 of the Treasure Act 1996: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1996/24/contents
Alternatively, as the Act is really badly and archaically drafted, see the Code of Practice - and turn direct to page 14: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/77532/TreasureAct1996CodeofPractice2ndRevision.pdf

I expect  gold to get smashed this week by the money manipulators. Chinese gold week. Hang seng closed due to this holiday so the Asian markets won't be buying. Hold tight all. Could be a right kicking this week but another buying opportunity....
